Gamer Veda claims no credit for any images/photos featured on the Sites unless otherwise noted.

These other resources are not under Gamer Veda’s control, and you acknowledge that Gamer Veda is not responsible or liable for the content, functions, accuracy, legality, appropriateness, or any other aspect of such websites, services, or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that Gamer Veda shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such website or resource.

Gamer Veda strives for accuracy in all that we write, aiming to be one of the most reliable sources of content on the web; however, the information on the Sites may contain errors or inaccuracies, and we do not make any warranty, representation, or guarantee as to the accuracy of such information. A reproduction of a screenshot in print form for non-commercial purposes is permissible if and only if the URL, Site name, and logo are fully visible or included. The print medium shall not promote adult content (pornography), hate, racism, or any illegal content.
SITE CONTENT
The content provided by the Sites is on an “as is” basis and Gamer Veda shall not be held liable for your use of the information, the content, feeds, etc. Use of the Sites is at your discretion. Gamer Veda shall not be responsible for any complaints regarding content or images you choose to display on your site or in print.
Gamer Veda is not connected in any way with any of the celebrities, brands, or other items mentioned on the Sites. Information about net worth, item value, etc. is approximate and may not be correct and/or actual. Other articles and content are opinion-based (or commentary) and should not be considered factual. You agree that Gamer Veda shall not be held liable for any such incorrect information or inaccuracies.

COPYRIGHT POLICY
As we respect the intellectual property rights of others, Gamer Veda has a policy of removing user submissions and other content that violates copyright law. It is our policy to expeditiously respond to proper notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). It is expected that all users of any part of the Sites will comply with applicable copyright laws. If, however, we receive proper notification of claimed copyright infringement, our response to such notices will include removing or disabling access to material claimed to be the subject of infringing activity and/or terminating contributors, regardless of whether we may be liable for such infringement under Indian law or the laws of another jurisdiction. We have the right to:

In addition to exchanging with our team, you can discuss the latest breaking news and original stories with fellow readers. You must follow these rules to encourage positive conversations and foster a healthy community:
– Be Kind and Positive: Maintain a friendly and positive attitude in your interactions with others. Avoid unconstructive negativity and strive to create a welcoming environment.

CHANGES
These Terms are current as of the “updated” date which appears at the top of this page. Gamer Veda reserves the exclusive right to modify these Terms at any time. Non-material changes and clarifications will take effect immediately. Material changes will take effect 30 days after their posting. The posting date of each modification will be set out at the end of the document. Any continued use of the Sites will be deemed conclusive of your acceptance of these Terms as modified.
PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Gamer Veda undertakes not to use or disclose the information provided by its users for any other purpose than providing services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, Gamer Veda cannot guarantee the confidentiality of the information submitted over the Internet. As such, users must accept the entire responsibility in the event that confidential information is disclosed. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ANY DAMAGES YOU INCUR ARISING OUT OF GAMER VEDA’S (OR ITS AFFILIATES’) ACTS OR OMISSIONS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITES ARE NOT IRREPARABLE AND ARE INSUFFICIENT TO ENTITLE YOU TO AN INJUNCTION OR OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF RESTRICTING THE AVAILABILITY OF OR ANY PERSON’S ABILITY TO ACCESS ANY PORTION OF THE SITES AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY GAMER VEDA.
THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of India. All proceedings in connection with these Terms, the Sites, or Gamer Veda shall be exclusively submitted to the Courts of competent jurisdiction of the Province of Gujarat, City of Ahmedabad. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Sites is in compliance with all applicable laws.
MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and all other documents referenced herein constitute the entire agreement between Gamer Veda and you with respect to your use of the Sites, and supersede any prior agreements. The Sites’ failure to insist upon, or enforce strict performance, of any provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. If any provision of these Terms is determined to be void, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions hereof.
